Authorisation In providing your credit card details you give Parrots Sitges Hotel your full authorisation to charge the appropriate charges to this card and are also agreeing to Parrots Sitges Hotel's terms and conditions as laid out below. Deposit & Pre-authorisation A refundable deposit of 10% of the value of the total booking is required to confirm the reservation. This will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. The hotel will perform a pre-authorisation on your credit card at Check-In for the remaining value of the booking. If the deposit or pre-authorisation are not successful and another form of payment is not presented the hotel reserves the right to annul the reservation. Cancellations/Amendments All cancellations/amendments must be done in written (fax, letter or e-mail) directly with the hotel. In the event of cancellations the following cancellation charges will apply and will be charged to your credit card accordingly. If notification of cancellation is received: Cancellations between 10 and 20 days prior to arrival - 20% of the total value of stay will be charged Cancellations between 48 hours and 10 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total value of stay will be charged Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival and No Shows - 100% of the total value of stay will be charged. Check-In Check-In is between 15.00hrs and 19.30hrs. Guests who wish to Check-In later than 19.30hrs should confirm their arrival time with the hotel. Any reservation not claimed by 19.30hrs and not confirmed as a Late Check-In will be deemed by the management as a ?No-show?. The room(s) will be released and the reservation subject to the hotels cancellation charges.
